  • Be the go-to contact for customers, partner offices, and internal teams.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries via email and phone, focusing on understanding the real needs behind each question.
  • Provide clear, solution-oriented support instead of scripted responses.
  • Take ownership of your cases and maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and ensure their success.
  • Proven experience in customer service (B2B or non-B2C environments preferred).
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (B2+).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft 365, digital tools, and interfaces.
  • Strong communicator: clear, friendly, and empathetic.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented.
